Knitting, Purling and Ribbing
This beginner level hand knitting class builds on skills learned in Intro to Hand Knitting and is taught by guest teacher, Misti, of Recycled Yarn.
Learn to combine knitting and purling in different ways to create new textures and structures in knitting in this one-time, two-hour, small group class at the Top Stitch Mending studio! All materials are provided (unless you’d like to work with your own) and basic knowledge of the knit stitch is necessary.
This class needs at least 2 people to run so sign up with a friend or share in your story to help spread the word. If the class doesn’t reach it’s minimum capacity, we will notify you 2 days in advance and issue a refund for your payment.
The studio is located at 401 N 23rd St. in the Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, VA. There is typically ample street parking within a block or two.
